I had a dream that I was blind
Oh, but the things I heard
Laughter ringing in my ears
Laughter of the whole damn world
That I could never blend with
Understand
Or wrap my head around
I'm just a satellite
Without an orbit
Coming into view
If you're like me
Then you're alone
Within a crowd
And reaching out
And when you reach
Into that crowd
Is someone reaching back for you?
I wait inside myself
Dreaming someone could come in
I know these dreams
Are just a lie
I tell myself so I can sleep
Ah-lie! Ah-lie lie lie!
So I can sleep
Ah-lie! Ah-lie lie lie!
So I can sleep
And in my dream I heard a voice
It said don't cry
The
She's the girl faking her smiles..
Walking fast.. But walking all alone..
All those miles...
She's the girl whose acting shy..
Always laughs.. And makes her funny jokes...
But no reasons why..
She's the girl who never cried..
All emotions.. never really shown..
They were kept inside..
She's the girl whose always kind..
Who solves many problems.. but her own..
Are kept in her own mind..
She's the girl.. who finds it hard..
To talk about her feelings and her thoughts..
And write her own birthday card..
She's the girl with the guitar..
Singing with a soft and little voice..
About her life so far..

'Considerately killing me...'
I stand, look and dream,
Dream that one day i would find you,
The one i love more than anything i have ever before,
I see you around, passing me by, my mind is preoccupied,
I didn't know, didn't contemplate you could have loved me,
I didn't even know i loved you,
My real feelings passed over by past delusions,
clawing at a memory i thought i wanted...
My true needs pass me by, slip past hiding,
waiting just in reach,
Then you came.
My mind exploded in an ecstasy of love,
Finally feeling what i needed,
The false needs crumble,
My heart remains,
But the damage is done,
I've hurt you,
I was to fixated with the one that hurt me..
Hey, I was thinking we could kind of have a mutual sponsorship/affiliation with "Writers Are Artists Too" They're a great group that I'm the moderator in whose lyrical poetry section is rarely posted it, and I think it'd be great for both of the groups to be affiliated.
